"Overall excellent, especially staff."

"Overall, it was just okay. Don’t expect too much. it’s basically a bed and a lockable room. There was no air-conditioning, and the ceiling fan wasn’t working. However, the staff were friendly and kindly offered me a standing fan instead."

"Best and clean place to stay and enjoy Newcastle!"

"Easy access, Comfortable beds, free parking and great meals."

"Rooms were tidy, staff were helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Pet friendly rooms. Air conditioning. Easy to get to Newcastle and close to shopping center. Spa bath was broken and staff moved us into another spa room. Renovations and construction at the premises while we were there, noise and sight did not affect our stay. Parking can be an issue."

"food and drink was great"

"Just a bit dirty, the bathroom still had some of the previous guests shampoo and soap. Otherwise the window in the bathroom doesn’t close all the way so there was loads of bugs in the bathroom. The staff were very present and welcoming."

"Another great stay."
