"The rooms were spacious but there were no explanation that cleaning services are not provided."

"Nice unit with a nice comfortable home atmosphere. Kitchen especially well equipped. Enjoyed several breakfasts and dinners on the lanai with beautiful setting.Only issue was that parking was only for one vehicle, not two as had been communicated. So any guests have to park on the street and walk in. Apparently this was a recent change at the Waikoloa Villas Complex.Will likely return as this worked well for us and was just minutes from family living in Waikoloa."

"The condo was spotlessly clean and well equipped for cooking and clothes washing. It was shady, quiet and had a nice balcony (lanai). All very good.My only issue was an invasive check in process. They use an app called Hospitable that requires you upload a scan of your ID and a selfie that is used for a reference check before you can check in. This was not made known to me until it was too late to back out. Hospitable promises security (which is a promise the cannot and will not be able to keep) and has a very vague privacy policy. I'm pretty sure that my data will end up in Azerbaijan, or they will simply sell it under some future pretext.From their privacy statement:"To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.""We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently."I am brimming with confidence about this operation.I have a long history with VRBO that could have indicated to the owner that I'm a good client. Apparently that means nothing now. I understand that owners need to protect themselves but if an owner wants that kind of personal information they should clearly indicate that up front."

"Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay from my trip to the big island! Waikoloa Village is centrally located, giving you great access to this side of the island. Only 20 minutes to Waimea for amazing barbecue at “The Fish and the Hog.” The pool is literally steps away for a quick cool off in the afternoon. If you like burgers, Smash Daddy‘s 808 is amazing and just across Waikoloa Road. If you wanna go max protein, get the 50-50 smash with bacon. For your morning coffee, you can go down the road to Starbucks or walk over to HiCO Hawaiian Coffee. The BLT sandwich and smoked salmon on toast are a great start to the day. I brought my bike with me on this trip because there’s great access to so many long rides with very little traffic and lots of great scenery including tons of wild goats! There are also great places to rent bikes if you need one. Bike Works Beach and Sport is located at the Queen’s Marketplace which is the big shopping center down the hill with great stores and even more food and groceries. If you’ve reached this point in my review, you now have most of what you need to have a great stay in Waikoloa on the big island. Enjoy!"
