"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this for 6 adults and 3 children. It was awesome! We loved being so close to the beach that we could swim in the pool then head to the beach and vice versa. The house itself was gorgeous. The airway living spaces takes some getting used to on the hotter months, but it was really cool and we totally could enjoy outdoor/indoor living. The staff was incredibly kind and the house was totally set up especially for babies/young kids. We had an awesome week wouldn’t change a thing!"

"As a former customer of the Hapuna Westin (previously Hapuna Prince), the Hapuna Residence was the perfect choice for our latest stay. Having 2 small kids, the condo gave us more options to make my family comfortable. The first day/night was extremely hard on my young autistic son and when management inquired about the noise, we were met with compassion and understanding. The condo was exceptionally clean and furnished very well. The view was perfection and having the extra amenities from the resort gave us everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this specific condo & I couldn't be happier with our choice."

"Our family of four really enjoyed our stay in the Kumulani unit. The location is great, short drive to Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches/ hotels. We paid for resort access which I think is worth it - makes life easy getting access to hotel parking for the two wonderful beaches and gives you access to all the hotel facilities. The unit itself is very comfortable and spacious. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The garage has a cupboard full of beach gear. The property manager was responsive and organized and great to deal with. Overall a very positive experience, and we would definitely stay again."

"The location is amazing. A quiet neighborhood with a sandy beach, sunset views, tide pools, coral and lava reefs, artistic driftwood, and shade trees. The house has good bones and everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. It felt like a home away from home. The grounds are immaculate, colorful, and welcoming to wildlife.2 Papaya's went above and beyond to facilitate our family needs (Thank you Mary!!)."

"The Treadwell House was perfect for our family group of 5 adults and four teenagers.Leilana was an amazing host who responded immediately and helpfully to our questions and requests. The location, a short distance off the highway, to the secluded house, across the front lawn through a gate that led onto a perfect, beautiful beach, with clear sparkling water conducive to snorkling, could not have been better. West facing, the house delighted us with spectacular sunsets every evening.The kitchen and living room provided ample spaces for conversation or quiet reading, as we chose. The spacious deck which opened out from the kitchen/living room was large and perfect for gathering at all times of the day and night.Nearby stores were easy to reach and a midweek trip inland to the Waimea Farmers Market introduced us to fresh locally grown food and to the friendly local farmers.Yes, there were geckos in the house but we soon got used to them. If you're looking for ostentation, luxury and crowds this is not for you - if you're looking for a thoughtfully designed, inviting, comfortable, charming well-equipped family home on the beach, consider the Treadwell House. A unique experience in every way."
