"We had a two night weekend stay in what is a great hotel in MK with friendly staff and the roof top restaurant / lounge bar is an excellent feature. Stayed in a Signature Plus room which was good value for money and enjoyed the views etc. Would definitely stay again."

"Everything was good except for the service. The reception staff does not speak well to the customer, they answer questions sharply and with expressions on their faces as if they are not happy to have customers there. The staff talk to customers as if they are of too high status and we are there for free. I travel a lot for work and I try to stay in hotels that relax me but the customer service at this hotel forever scared me away from returning."

"This is a great hotel option right in the heart of Oxford. The street around it is a bit busy and slightly grimy, but once you step into the downstairs entrance to the hotel you feel safe, comfortable, and everything was fresh and tidy. Our room was on the backside so we had no street noise issues. The room exceeded my expectations for the cost in its charm and features. This is a great option for a midrange priced hotel! I would definitely stay here again."
