Supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 2 km, railway station "Cagliari" 60 km, ferry "Cagliari" 60 km, sandy beach 400 m. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Please note that the lower ground floor apartment is a basement apartment. Aufenthalt war ok, jedoch für den Preis inakzeptabel. Blutflecken auf den Bettlaken (wurde per Mail mitgeteilt aber ignoriert). In den Ecken überall Spinnweben. Kühlschranktür defekt, Lampe im Außenbereich war auch abgefallen, lauter so Kleinigkeiten die einfach inakzeptabel sind. Grill vorhanden, aber kein Grillrost. Da wurde uns dann nach 3 Tagen einer gebracht, der noch voll mit Fleischfetzen von vor einigen Wochen war.

Everything wonderful, spacious and beautiful gardens, lovely owner. Near lovely beaches, easy walk 1.5miles from village. No oven and unfortunately the microwave trips the switches.

La casa è bellissima, in un'ottima posizione e molto pulita. Probabilmente avrebbe bisogno di un po' più di manutenzione nei dettagli, tipo la porta della doccia che non chiude bene, i lettini da giardino rotti, la porta del frigo che sembra rimanga in mano.. ma comunque sono dettagli che passano in secondo ordine anche solo alla gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolto. Se dovessi tornare in quella zona probabilmente tornerei lì molto volentieri.

Das Haus ist in schöner Lage !!! Uns hat sehr gefallen das der Weg zum Strand nicht weit war !!! Die Aussendusche ist nicht der Burner !!! Hier sollte man mal 8 qm Fliessen kaufen und einen ordentlichen Zustand schaffen !!!!!!

Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten

tolles Ferienhaus für Ferienhaus in einer wunschönen Umgebung. Kleinigkeiten (Toaster, Wasserkocher) bezüglich Küchenausstattung könnten optimiert werden. Kontakt zur Vermieterin flüchtig aber sehr angenehm. Wir können das Haus empfehlen.
