Beautiful villa with private pool and sea and mountain views. Located 250 metres from a private beach for condominiums. Three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, 4 bathrooms and living room with open kitchen, outdoor kitchen and laundry room. Private parking and security guard at the entrance. The house is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, washing machine, wifi, television, dishwasher and coffee machine. The outdoor spaces are divided into different relaxation areas.
