The place has great architecture but the maintenance is terrible. The staff seems not to see things. The best example is dog waste in the lobby.

Lovely hotel. Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the square and fountain. Lorrenzo and all the staff are very helpful.
Good choice for breakfast and the dining space is very nice.
The hotel is in a quiet location, 12 min walk to the main Cagliari shopping centre.
Overall a lovely hotel...I would definitely at stay here again if I ever visit Cagliari
