Zachariah the assistant front desk manager provided a great customer service, the chef on the grill station, the housekeeping manager,Adam in the restaurant and the beach team were so friendly and helpful. "We loved our stay at Desert Rose! My family stayed here for 6 nights and had a great time. The food is decent — good amount of choice for a buffet style hotel and a la carte restaurants were OK. The bars were plenty! The rooms were really nice, although we stayed in a recently refurbished room which was nicely decorated and kept really clean.
