"The room we had was awesome. We had requested two single beds but unfortunately our message was not received. They accommodated this by giving my travel friend their own room for the evening and corrected the room the next day. The amenities were amazing with several pools. We didn’t take advantage of the spa on-location, but it looked very nice. Breakfast in the morning was awesome with a nice choice and nice presentation. Several different locations to just sit and chill. Nice a close to...

"The quaint hotel
Is a little gem. The staff is amazing, very helpful and attentive. A special mention to Frankie who was so informative and provided excellent customer service. The hotel was very clean and had all we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The location is great. Well connected to local attractions and beautiful beaches by public transport. Worth while to buy a flexi ticket for unlimited travel which also includes the ferry crossing (we took the catamaran which departs from...

I stay in a few hotels & This is only based on my room (7). This is a very well presented hotel. Outstanding value for money. Amazing comfy bed nice fixtures & fittings. My only issues were that no matter how careful you are when showing the water gets all over the floor due to no shower screen so you have to mop up the floor with towels after (had baths the next two mornings) The other was the toilet sits too high I'm 5'11 and found that you cannot sit and relax!!! If I was 6'2+ then I'm sure...

Our stay was amazing, the hosts are so attentive and nothing was too much bother for them. The property itself was great, with its own unique charm. I would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our week in the Kempinski. The junior suite was very spacious with a beautiful bathroom with bath and shower. Staff were friendly and attentive, lots of foreign students. The restaurants were a little expensive but that is the downside of 5* hotels! The pools worked well with 2 having lots of kids and one with almost none so this pool was quiet.

A perfect place to escape the crowds and relax in a tranquil and beautiful environment. Being on top of a plateau near the beautiful white cliffs on the southern coast of Gozo gives breathtaking views of Gozo, Comino and Malta, as well as meaning there's always a cooling breeze. The single storey accommodation makes the place seem even more special set amongst beautiful flowering trees. Dining underneath a 450 year old Carob tree was another treat. Really loved this hotel and all of its staff. Its location is great, a short walk away from restaurants and bars and the sea but in a quiet area of town with no noise disturbance. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return! They even had pregnancy pillows available which I was pleased with!

No happy with one thing - the over fussy service. Somehow world standards don't fit in a chilled holiday resort. If a want a beer, I dont need to be shown to a seat by one person asked what I want by a 2nd and then wait to pay a 3rd. Spending 20 minutes having a 5 minute drink? No.

Lovely room, very light touch. Did not really need to contact anyone directly, as all the details were well catered for. Codes for the front door and the room, cleaned every day. Even the drinking water bottle refreshed. Very comfortable, and just a fantastic location. I could not pick a spot in Valetta that would be more convenient and yet in a quiet spot not on the main tourist lanes.

The hotel is only a short walk from Valletta.
It is situated in an historic area of Malta with lots to do and see nearby.
The roof terrace is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the sunshine and sunset.
The true heroes though are the team. Everyone makes it their mission to look after you and make you feel special.
We will be back.
Thank you.
