  • Very nice apartment, located on the ground floor of a two-story building in the center of Viareggio, in a quiet area; It renovated and furnished with care, with the intent that the guest is at ease.
    A few meters away is the market place and the pedestrian area with all amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, newsagents, library, pharmacy, etc.). It is not far from the pinewood and the 'promenade' showcase worldly city with shops, bars and restaurants, places reachable on foot or by bike in a few minutes. Not far from the train station, providing access to the various cities of Tuscany: Lucca, Pisa, Florence. The pinewood ideal place for walks in the cool, with bars, restaurants, tennis, bike rentals and children's playground.

I really like the apartment

The place was clean. You have everything you need if you want to cook. Also you can was your clothes. There is a nice backyard we’re you can eat. We were there for only 3 days but we have a nice time

Ottima vacanza

Il proprietario di casa si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, l’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort e servizio, non troppo distante dal mare. Inoltre molto funzionale il patio esterno dove poter mangiare e molto comodo il lavabo esterno con la lavatrice. Molto soddisfatti!!

Zentral am Meer gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Außerdem ist sie dem Meer nahe , weshalb man es gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist aber einiges kleiner und schmaler als sie auf den Bildern erscheint.

Great apartment in a good location close to the station, restaurants and the beach

Good sized apartment with everything we needed, very comfortable, on a quiet street and close to the train station, restaurants, beach and shops. Filippo was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and could be contacted very easily. We enjoyed our holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Die perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war perfekt. Alles war vorhanden, auch die kleinste Kleinigkeit. Die Ausstattung war gut, komfortable Möbel, sehr gute Elektrogeräte, Klimaanlage. Die mussten wir allerdings nicht oft nutzen, die Wohnung ist kühl genug. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür reichlich vorhanden. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Danke Filippo!

Great location cosy casetta good value and near everything.

Proprietors were exceptional. I became ill the first day and Filippo personally arranged and brought me to a doctor and a pharmacy for medicines . Troppo gentile.

Appartamento arredato con gusto, molto pulito e ben attrezzato, vicinissimo sia al mare che alla stazione. Nei dintorni si trovano supermercati, rosticcerie e vari negozi.Filippo, il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile.Da consigliare!

This is a beautiful flat which is very well appointed and comfortable. It was well equipped, modern and ideally located for the train station, the beach and the shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr netter Vermieter

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung im Internet. Vor allen Dingen war sie sehr sauber! Es war alles da, was man braucht (Geschirr, Föhn, Wäscheständer etc.). Der Vermieter war telefonisch immer zu erreichen und sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir irgendeine Frage hatten. Er hat uns sogar unsere Rückflug- Tickets ausgedruckt. Von der Wohnung aus kann man den Bahnhof, die Fußgängerzone und den Markt von Viareggio sehr gut erreichen. Diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren von 11.Juni bis 18.Juni 2015 in der Ferienwohnung in Viareggio. Unsere Anreise verlief dank unserer Gastgeber, die uns vorab über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel informierten, problemlos. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hat an Küchenutensilien alles was man braucht. Von Kaffeemaschine bis zur Wasch- und Spülmaschine, sodass man seinen Urlaub wirklich genießen kann. Die Wohnung sieht in echt exakt aus wie auf den Bildern und entsprach dementsprechend genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Kommunikation mit Filippe per E-Mail im Voraus und die Anzahlung, die wir leisten mussten hat ebenfalls reibungslos geklappt. Den Rest zuzüglich einer Kaution haben wir dann vor Ort in bar bezahlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gepflegt, laut Filippe vor zwei Jahren renoviert und dementsprechend in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Toskana, in Viareggio sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Nice and lovely apartment

We were really well received by Patrizia and Filippo, they were truly helpful, and show us where were the main places in the city (free beaches, markets, restaurants, rent bicycle, etc.) We stayed at the apartment for 1 week, and everything was OK, rooms are big enough, well equipped, very clean. In general, the apartment is nice and comfortable. We had everything we need. The zone is quiet, around 10 minutes on foot from the main streets in Viareggio and the beaches. Just the free beaches is a bit further (about 3km).

SOGGIORNO GRADEVOLE

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento una settimana e ci siamo trovati bene. I proprietari, molto gentili e cordiali, ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni utili anche prima della partenza. L'ambiente è pulito, ben fornito, non ci mancava nulla. Molto tranquillo e silenzioso, ampio, con un piccolo giardino. A 500 metri dal mare e dal centro con i mercati, ma i negozi di alimentari e supermercati son un pò più distanti. Consigliamo questo appartamento sia a chi vuole godersi il mare sia per la vicinanza alle città di Pisa Firenze e Lucca.
