In one of the most beautiful crossroads of the Viareggio promenade, 100 metres from the sea, Viareggio Beach Apartment is an air-conditioned flat on the first floor of 120 mq, consisting of a large and bright living room with balcony with sea view (side), with dining area, relaxing sofas, TV and fully equipped kitchen, large double bedroom, second bedroom with sofa bed and balcony, third bedroom with two beds (one pull-out) with balcony, 2 full bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.  
  
The rent is always to be considered inclusive of utilities, except in the very high season (July and August) when there is an extra charge of €10 per day for consumption.
