Great central location but lovely and quiet!

Great location. Lovely and clean. Central location, great for St Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. Had everything we needed and nice to have access to Netflix too!

Good, central accommodation for the price

Good central accomidation. Although no view, the space with two bedrooms worked well for a small family. 5 minute walk from the train station. 5 minute walk to great brewrey Il Santo Bevitore.

Very good location. Bed was confortable, fast wifi and not too expensive considering you are in Venice. However, no good view despite its 3 windows, the bathroom outside was clean but a bit unconvenient. I had flies in the room and there was a smell of humidity. It's okay for a short stay.

This place didn’t have a property manager on site so I can’t gauge the customer service, but we met the cleaning lady and said it was okay to check in an hour early because she finished cleaning the place. Location and rooms were accommodating.

Location was great for us. Not far from train station. We were able to drop our bags off as we arrived mid morning. Communication with property was excellent, knowing what time we arrived in Venice, we were sent information on what to do on arrival to gain access to the property.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă  cette Ă©tablissement pour 4 jours. L'hĂ©bergement Ă©tait propre. Pour ce qui est de la cuisine, si vous pensez cuisiner pour Ă©conomiser sur les restos, laissez tomber il n'y a rien pour cuisiner mĂȘme s'il y a une cuisine. c'Ă©tait trĂšs pauvre cotĂ© Ă©quipement, pas grand chose pour cuisiner. Rien pour essayer la vaisselle. L'eau de la douche devenait toujours trĂšs froide aprĂšs seulement 50 secondes d'utilisation. Comme le plancher est brisĂ© Ă  quelques endroits, il y a des la petites roches sur la plancher donc dĂ©sagrĂ©able de marcher dessus. Bien situĂ©, seulement Ă  5 minutes de marche de l'Ă©picerie. En face de l'arrĂȘt de vaporetto. (bateaux). Assez calme. Lit et oreiller confortable. Pas de savon pour le corps ni revitalisant pour les cheveux et apporter aussi votre champoing car il y a seulement du champoing Johnson.

Location is amazing walkable to everything right by the canal and main streets walkable to train and parking garages. There was no shampoo and the air condition stopped working in the middle of the second night. Host ignored my texts about both issues. Was simple furniture and not my modern but useable and comfortable enough to have an enjoyable stay

Dejligt sted, virkelig dejligt med et lille kĂžkken sĂ„ man kan opbevare ting. Dog er der MEGET lydt, sĂ„ vi blev vĂŠkket hver gang nogen skulle ind eller ud. Derudover larmede airconditionen sĂ„ meget at vi mĂ„tte slukke den, pĂ„ trods af at vi havde det virkelig varmt. VĂŠrten for hotellet krĂŠvede 16€ i citytax pĂ„ trods af at denne kun burde vĂŠre 6€, og vĂŠrten var ikke til stedet pĂ„ hotellet pĂ„ noget tidspunkt, sĂ„ vi kunne ikke tage en dialog om dette, hvilket var ĂŠrgerligt.

Denna rum var inte alls bra. VÀldigt Smutsig med dÄligt luft.utrustning I köket var dÄligt bara kylskopet funkade men ungn och vattenkokare var urfunkad fast i bildern som Àgare har lÀgt ut de Àr vÀldigt nya. Ingen person var pÄ plats för hjÀlp .Det kÀnns vi har blivit totalt lurat av Àgare .rummet vi fick för tre vuxna men hade bara en dubbelsÀng vi blev tvungen att betala extra för en sÀng som var vÀldigt obekvÀm med gnissande ljud i hela natten.Jag rekomenderar inte den hÀr platsen till nÄgon.

Por ser Veneza nĂŁo esperava muito, mas me surpreendeu, sĂł o acesso atĂ© o apartamento nĂŁo gostei muito, mas Ă© assim mesmo em toda Veneza. SĂł nĂŁo gostei a forma de entrar no apartamento, nĂŁo tinha ninguĂ©m para nĂłs receber,sĂł vinha e-mail em inglĂȘs com cĂłdigos para vocĂȘ entrar e cĂłdigo para pegar as chaves, agora vocĂȘ imagina sem internet e nĂŁo saber falar inglĂȘs foi bem complicado.
