This was a perfect property! Short walk from two Vaporetto stations, just off the main walk for quiet evenings, amazingly helpful and friendly staff, clean and cozy. Highly recommended! The clerk recommended a local restaurant for dinner that hands down served the best pasta I’ve ever had in Italy. Short walk to Doge, local shops. Really can’t go wrong staying here. Would love to return.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the pier. It is very clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning works great. Just be aware that there is no elevator, so you will need to use the stairs.

This is a charming little place. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were basic — but comfortable and immaculately clean. The included breakfast was fine, and gave me a good start on the day. This isn’t a fancy place — but it’s very serviceable — especially for the price point. I would stay again.

Our room was extremely clean…. Front desk staff very responsive to emails sent and once in Venice - very helpful with boats, train station, restaurant recs. Teson is a short walk to San Marco and a short walk to Arsenale, the water transport stop. This is our second time to stay here, and we would never stay anywhere else!!
