"room clean, but curtains were hanging down broken off of curtain tape! we did inform staff of this. Shower very slow poor water flow. breakfast excellent with lovely lady serving. Good amenities in room tea/coffee making. Tv. Very convenient for the shops. Live music at weekend which was loud but we had been informed previously of this taking place."

"The room was super clean, it appeared to have been recently decorated, the carpets appeared new, the ensuite seemed new, and all was nice. One thing I would say, as the room was facing the garden, there were a couple of spotlights on the front of the abbey/centre, and the window blind didn't fully cover the window, so the light came through that was the only negative thing i could think of"
