"The room being small and the view from the room not very nice (dirty roof). Also, the air conditioning was weak and the room very hot although it wasn't hot outside. "Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in.
