"Nice property, great location . Walking distance from alpi do suci and Seceda , food was great . Rooms are roomy and clean . You may need to ask for extra sheets we only got two small blankets, however everything else it’s amazing . The spa , the views . Very nice hotel . "

"Incredible hotel, would 100% recommend. The jacuzzi looking out at the dolomites is truly special, all the spa facilities were amazing. The restaurant dinner was outstanding, the menu changed daily and the food quality was Incredible. The rooms were huge and the added outside private seating was also a nice bonus. The staff were really helpful and nice."

"Within 100 meters of the Archaeological Museum where you can find the Ice Man Ötzi. The hotel is near many restaurants and right in the shopping district. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, along with glasses, silverware and a wine opener. Two televisions and comfortable beds. Although we did not use the gym, it seemed to have everything necessary, including a bike and rowing machine. Highly recommend "

"My wife and I chose Castel Hortenberg for our stay in Bolzano, and we were blown away from the moment we arrived through our departure. Secure parking with private gates. Upon arrival we were greeted with Prosecco, and this type of care and attention was given to us the entire time by Tommaso and the other staff. "fabolous stay at this resort. Missed a few marks, didnt service my wine when was ordered, also the reception notified me of additional payment for a 3rd person 24 hours before arrival when this was booked 3 months in advanced. Otherwise splendid stay, will come again. "

"This was my second visit to Ortisei, and this hotel was incredible! It really embodies the mountain chic with everything feeling very well thought out, which worked especially for our hiking adventures. The front desk was extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent. No complaints except wishing we could have stayed longer."
