Absolutely fabulous location! Beautiful location and room. Extremely clean room and great air quality! Delicious food and great service. A must add to your top place to stay in Vancouver.
I was expecting a big lobby but was confronted with a small one. The rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. Rooms with two beds all face a big white wall. The included breakfast is very good. Location of the hotel is great, close to multiple restaurants, gastown, and Tram.
The staff is wonderful very friendly and customer oriented. The facility is very well kept, clean and comfortable. It offers a very good continental breakfast and dinning room staff very friendly. Location is walking distance from the train station, next to a mall and a few places to eat. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The staff in the lobby were incredibly helpful in showing us how to get to the points of interest. The aquarium and Granville Island are walkable in under an hour, and it was safe for my 8yo daughter and I to do both of those on our own. The mall and Metro are within a block of the hotel entrance.
There was a bit of traffic-related noise throughout the night, but that was to be expected being a downtown hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The tv had channels that were mostly news and sports (no kids channels).
The breakfast was amazing (7-10am). Two hot options and one cold, and they were all great and left us very full.
Older hotel so rooms are small. For one night it served its purpose. The parking arrangement is a bit strange and when we checked in the elevator was broken so had to haul suitcases up 3 floors. The view from our room included a passed out junkie and 2-3 floors of office building that could stare into your room so privacy was minimal with curtains open. Room was clean and the breakfast was quite good and location in downtown is convenient.
We stayed at the St. Regis for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean (bathroom, beds, etc) and exceeded expectations. The free breakfast was wonderful and service was great! We easily walked around the area and explored Vancouver with the easy access to the SkyTrain and literally everything else. Would definitely stay here again!
Some of the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Fantastic staff and had a very comfortable, modern room. Pub on the corner was very convenient for dining, and the metro station just up the road for transport. Would happily stay here again and recommend it!
Love the St Regis! I haven’t stayed here before but I am loving the stay so far. Extremely helpful staff, beautiful hotel, comfortable and well appointed room.
Overall I like this property. The rooms are a bit small but they are very well appointed. It's close to everything you want to walk to for the most part. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is great. Only drawback is the one small elevator but taking the stairs is easy as well.

Only for three nights but I wanted to stay more just because of how amazing the location is.
The hotel itself is clean and staff is very amicable, and the free breakfast options I very good! I did not try the in-house steakhouse, but went three times to the bar and had a great time.
As a solo traveler this place is amazing! I bet as a couple or even family would be great too.
Definitely staying here next time.
Hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing. Our room was the cleanest room I have encountered at a hotel. The free breakfast in the morning was very good. Convenient location within walking distance to train and other amenities. Only issue is there are some unfavorable's hanging around the area in the evening. But they don't bother you. And I still felt safe.
WONDERFUL stay! Could not over-gush about how great this hotel was. The amenities will exceed your expectations. Everything is very thoughtful and posh. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, and our waitor Calvin was the most delightful person to talk with--a highlight of our trip!
They took our bags up to our room for us at check in which was so great. Amenities were wonderful and easy walking distance from shopping and restaurants

Very nice hotel. Only issue was the cold bathroom floor. The floor heater wasn’t working.

Service is good and staff is friendly. Though the double bed is abit small to sleep 2 persons. There are 3 of us, so 2 will have to share the same bed. Other than this, St Regis maintained the standards

I would’ve given it five stars, but there was no little fridge to keep the drinks cold in our room
