Loved the location of this Pan Pacific hotel. Right in the middle of the village close to everything all amenities surrounded by beauty. Clean hotel, great pool and hot tub breakfast included. Shout out to Greg in housekeeping who took care of us as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Loved the views of the mountains. The sauna and pool/hot tub were great. We did a circuit of sauna, cold pool then hot tub a few times and was really relaxing after hiking. Loved being on the Village Stroll and close to everything. Our room was great. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen. The breakfast buffet had good food. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic location right in Whistler Village. Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient and fast check in. Easy parking available at extra cost. The suite was ideal for 5 of us. Very clean and spacious. Super breakfast. Great to have access to a pool at this stage of our holiday. We loved Whistler and this hotel ( they had Jo Loves products in the bathroom!). We wish that we’d booked extra time here.

Everything was great. Room nice and clean - with full kitchen and balcony. - Hot tub was out of service - 1 of 2 elevators out of service Other than that, everyone was helpful including bell hop and vallet, cleaners were efficient and friendlt, and the morning buffet was actually pretty good with eggs, bacon, waffles, juice, even lattes and coffee.
