Great base point for exploring Vancouver.

Good location on the east side of Vancouver. Modern, clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Helpful, responsive host. Air-conditioning could have been much better.

Pre Alaska cruise visit.

Short Uber from airport. Nice property and very accommodating with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Must visit the steam clock. Owners went all out make us feel at home. Would highly recommend for a visit to Vancouver BC.

Clean Condo and Great Communication

The condo is in a great location to walk to many places around Vancouver. The condo was clean, as advertised and the underground parking worked well for us. Xin provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. Xin was also very quick to respond when communicating with him. We had a great stay and would recommend this condo.

Vancouver apartment

The apartment was nice although quite small. The air conditioning (window and wall units) really only worked in the master bedroom. A little difficult understanding how to get into the place, but once we did it was fine. A great bonus to have parking in the building. My main issue was with the area - It is quite run down and loaded with homeless people. It didn’t feel safe to walk around there at night.

Great location, space, and amenities

Communication with all the necessary details for our stay was great. Check in was easy. Parking directions confused us a bit as the signage in the garage contradicted the host’s directions. I recommend just following host’s direction though. Break the rules! We parked our F150 in the space, but it was tight!Two door fobs are provided, we weren’t sure until we arrived. The space was clean and bright and well supplied. Xin left us snacks and some sparkling cider. The beds were comfortable, the small room was an ample size for our nine year old. Beautiful views out the windows. We went to a Canucks game during our stay and the walk literally across the street could not have been easier. There were several good food options within a block that were very good. Stadium sky train station is steps away, we walked to Science World, and to Hornby street (15 mins)to rent bikes to take around Stanley Park. T&T Market is a great place to grab supplies. The pool and hot tub and sauna and fitness room were fantastic. Popular, but not too busy. You may want to bring extra towels if you plan on using the pool a lot!No concerns for my family’s safety when walking around the neighbourhood. Usual sights for a big city, we did not feel threatened one bit. I would definitely return to this property and would recommend this host to anyone. Thank you Xin!
