"We loved the property! And staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the breakfast service crew, room/bed very comfortable, lots of outlets for recharging comm devices. Courtesy iPad provided a nice touch. Couple points of feedback: hot tub tile was dirty; not enough drawer space for two people to unpack clothing."

"we were very happy with this property. The room was great, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. The best part was the location. We were very close to the park and we walked anlmost everywhere.
Communication is tough because it’s all done on the app and it can get a bit annoying but other than that, it was great, parking is off property so be aware of that and it was basically $30 a day"
"Great communication from the hotel. Received a welcome message and despite a very late arrival due to a flight delay we were assured someone would be in the lobby to assist us. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Coffee in the room was great and additional packets were provided upon request. "
"You couldn’t ask for a better location, unless you have a car. Everything is walkable and transit is readily available. Having a balcony is nice with a street and ocean view.
Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby, and of course Stanley Park is right there and English Bay with a beach. We will be back."
