"I don’t live far away, so I’ve been coming to Vancouver for many many years. This is definitely the most wonderful hotel experience we’ve had in that time. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got upgraded to a room with the most panoramic view. One can imagine. Of course, the perfect weather didn’t help. We had an excellent breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We were reluctant to leave our room to attend the boat show because it was such a luxurious environment. We’ve even managed to fit in a hot tub sit surrounded by the incredible scenery of mountains, water and city scapes. Location of this hotel is extremely convenient. It is close to everything that you would want to visit in Vancouver. This will be our new home in Vancouver whenever we visit. "

"Staff very efficient and friendly. Check-in was breeze. One bedroom suite was very roomy which I wanted. I was surprised bathroom was quite small for a one bedroom suite and I was expecting a combination tub/shower as was listed but it was a walk-in shower. Overall a very nice accommodation. Location in the city is exceptional which is why I will return back to this hotel when I stay in Vancouver. "
