"Conveniently located right by English Bay and walkable to almost everything. Transit or an Uber will get you to anywhere else you want to go. As far as the hotel, you get a lot of space in your room with a full kitchenette and a very spacious bathroom area. Have stayed before and would stay again as long as the price is right."

"Check in staff were amazing. An added perk was we were able to watch the series “the last of us” being filmed from our room on the 31st floor!"

"We were thrilled to be able to check in early 10am to be exact BUT the room didn’t have the best views. The front desk set the expectations and we were fine with it. To get to check in early was a bonus. The next morning when we had to shower, there was NO WATER pressure and it was like camping with drips coming out of the shower head. We also noticed the toilet wasn’t flushing correctly. All in all, happy with checking in early but the shower and toilet need attention. Room 346 in the main building"

"The location is great. In the evenings they provide snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. The style is retro and west coast vibes. The staff were nice. Issue or challenges with the property 1) one small elevator (not the end of the world but tricky with luggage and staying on the top floor) 2) there were ants in our room and bathroom (didn't tell the staff as we noticed them the day before we were leaving) 3) the TV reception also broke down - we did tell the staff but they were waiting for a technician. I will add depending on time of day and which direction you're walking there may be some individuals you may want to avoid... but it's a pretty busy street especially with the hospital across the street so it doesn't become too much of an issue. Not sure if we'd stay here again, but it met our needs for the marathon weekend."
