My room was noisy and next to the breakfast area so i was woken up by noise and tables and chairs moving etc. Hotel is next to McDonald's so was busy out the front and a bit noisy being a Saturday night. Breakfast was ok, staff slow at getting the cooked items out. Check in and out was quick and staff were pleasant. I couldn't find the spa area. One is tired and let alone has forgotten something in the car.. Fortunately, lovely lady at the reception called Neve has smoothed things up in the morning.
