Beautiful hotel

The apartments are lovely. Very well equipped, nice and modern and airy and comfortable. Perfect when travelling with a baby. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that one of the reasons we booked this apartment not our usual hotel was because of the lovely bar which features in all the promo photos. Not much to criticise really. Pool could have been bigger so you could swim in it. Maybe a gym too. Staff are great. High end appliances in the apartments. Our "partial" sea view was pretty amazing. Sea one direction, mountains the other. Spacious too. Tram stop to Benidorm / Alicante about half a mile away.

Great communications from start to finish. Location is spot on, close enough to the centre but down a side st so quiet enough as well. I don't usually do reviews but felt compelled to write on this time. Do not hesitate to book here, you certainly won't be disappointed.

Really clean, bright and well a/c apartment. Very good communications - just be patient & they will call/email you well before you arrive on the day. Key brought to you in 1 minute at the door when you call them on arrival. Supermarket very close by for essentials.

Javier is the best! Love the property and its central location. It will be even better once the refurbishment work is complete at Plaza de la Reina. The suites are spacious, with a kitchen corner and an espresso machine, comfortable king bed, enough wardrobe space, iron and iron board, a safe etc stayed one night only but felt like extending my stay there given how much I loved it. Great apartment in a perfect location to explore Valencia. Had everything we needed, with a well furnished bedroom with living space, a small kitchen area and a nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the Valencia Flats meant is was very easy to explore the old centre of the city, find restaurants, hire bikes (round the corner) and there's a great eatery across the courtyard.

I love this place!!! There are so many good restaurants around the hotel. It is in the perfect location. The hotel is clean. The decoration is great. The communication is perfect too. There is nothing that I can complain about. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Alicante.

The info on the app for opening doors and calling a lift, shows a picture on some and does not give any info as to how you operate. Used the key pad and all was good every time. Room clean and tidy, everything was good.
