Perfect location, it’s easy to walk around town. The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. The check-in and check-out were easy and the host was very nice! Highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect room with all amenities for the kitchen, bathroom etc. Shops within 50yds, lovely restaurants literslly on your doorstep and a lovely 10 minute walk to the beach. Alicante is a lovely place to est, drink and be merry.

I cannot highly recommend this property enough so this review won’t do it justice. It’s perfectly located and central in the old town of the city, with bars and restaurants a stones throw away. We loved the space of the apartment and the general feel being in an old character building with high ceilings and French balconies with lovely views of the street below. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would need, including a washing machine! The host on reception was on hand if you had any questions and allowed us to store our luggage for our late flight. We will certainly book again on our next trip to Alicante.

Our accommodation was in an excellent location and was of an excellent standard throughout. The apartment was extremely well equipped and despite being in the centre of the city was quiet and peaceful. Prior to our arrival Abdel communicated arrangements and was a helpful and knowledgeable host. We had a fantastic stay in Alicante and would have absolutely no hesitation in returning to this property.

This is the perfect apartment for a stay in Alicante. We had no problems getting in to the apartment despite it being very late at night. We were provided with clear communication on how to enter the building and property. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything needed for a stay. My kids loved the balconies which were spacious and comfortable. We would sit out and watch the swifts in the evening while having a drink on the balcony. It’s situation is perfect. A short walk from the beach, market, cafes, supermarket and public transport. There were towels, kitchen utensils, clean rooms, bedding was spotless and perfect. It was such a great place to stay. It really was excellent and we would absolutely go back again. Thank you so so much.

Couples week away.

Very clean on arrival, spruced up a couple of times during stay. Staff were good, very approachable and chatty. Kitchen was good for a basic stay with enough plates, glasses etc. Fridge big enough for fruit, milk, beer WiFi was fine for scrolling the net.

Abdel was very helpful and was able to facilitate easy check in. Fantastic base for holiday. Situated in old town with many great restaurants nearby. The prime location allowed us easy access to all the main sites, beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are great. I would highly recommend.

The apartment is of superior quality and has everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. This property was very well located right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the old town. Central to plenty of bars and quality restaurants. There was a reception which was manned throughout the day and the very pleasant gentlemen would help and advise in any way you requested. We will definitely return to Arenal Suites.

I loved this apartment so much that I have already booked up to stay again next year. It was so clean, well equipped and spacious. The bathroom was big with a fab shower and a big bonus of lovely Rituals toiletries. The couch in living room was comfy and fab to have a washing machine too. Comfy bed, very dark in room with the curtains and shutters closed. I thoroughly recommend Arenal Suites and felt so comfy and at home there. Great ice cream shops and restaurants next door and all around so you are spoiled for choice. There was everything you could possibly need for a stay. Five minutes from beach and marina and the tram station very close by too. The trade off, however was that it was noisy at weekends so bring earplugs if you are a rubbish sleeper like me haha. It didn’t put me off though as so many advantages as opposed to that tiny disadvantage. I cannot praise Abdel on reception highly enough. Such a lovely young man who was genuinely friendly and helpful. I loved chatting to him so much and he was my instant friend straight away for giving me extra tea bags.

It is very central and easy to find, once you communicate with the host and check-in online you will receive the entry codes if you are checking in later (Out of normal hours) In my apartment there are 3 lovely Juliet Balconies to sit and watch life go by while drink morning coffee. You might think it is a little noisy being in the centre but it is in fact very quiet, I am a deep sleeper, maybe not ideal for light sleepers but absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend for anyone visiting beautiful Alicante to stay here

Nice small apartment located in the lively part of town with many restaurant and bar just steps away. A couple of supermarkets and Mercado Central close by. Short distance from waterfront and beach. No car or taxi access. Staff is friendly and helpful. Well equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom.
