Shuttle service not great though they drop off at train station with a person and all there luggage walking long time to get to terminal without a trolley until you get to the terminal. Make it more easy for guests drop off at each terminal thank you"

The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "
