"Stayed in similar properties close to Disneyland Paris previously and wanted to try something different. Enjoyed our stay at the property. Staff were excellent, reception staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Room was tidied everyday which is a huge kudos to the cleaning staff who work hard and deserve a lot of credit for maintaining the property and rooms clean. Breakfast buffet was ok. Food was very repetitive, no variety but there are options for everyone. Eggs, bacon, bread, cold meats, pain au choc, cereals, coffee, juices. Something for all ages to be fair. I think me and my wife just got a little tired of the same breakfast items but that was our personal experience. As said great options for people of all ages! Ate in the bar area and honestly the food was excellent. Nice and relaxing in the bar area. Had the cookie for dessert and was excellent as well! Very tasty and a nice difference from the Disney park food. Shuttles to Disney are quite frequent. Be warned that they DO get very busy and crammed in the shuttle bus. The worst part is returning to the hotel after the parks close, those shuttles are chaos and something to be aware of if coming with young children. If priority is convenience and to come with young kids then I’d lean to stay closer to Disney Parks. This is no reflection on the hotel tho and something outside of their control. Would consider staying here again! 8/10"

"Lovely helpful staff through out the hotel bedroom was clean and well presented ..as was the bathroom First nights breakfast was not as nice as the 2nd one ...maybe it was because we were earlier Pool was cold and hot tub warm"

"The room floor was dusty & lots of hairs visible, we notified reception who said they would ask housekeeping to clean. The bedding was changed however the room floor didn’t look any cleaner. There was a balloon inflated under the bed that was not ours, still there after 3 days The rest of the hotel was amazing though, we loved the pool area"

"A very nice and clean hotel with good facilities. The only comment is that the staff are a bit disorganized and seem to be all over the place. We left our luggage with them and upon collection, they wanted to give us an extra bag that belonged to someone else and my husband's bag was open but luckily nothing was taken. Just a note to be careful with the luggage."
Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe

"Fantastic Service and Price. The check in clerks were able to speak English and French effectively. The property is a very manageable walk to the park, AND is right next to a major shopping center with a train that goes right into Paris. If you are planning on making Disneyland part of your Paris adventure, I would heavily recommend this hotel for both Price and ease to get into the city. We did see a few silverfish during our week long stay, but that might be a bit inevitable. Overall very satisfied with our experience."

"We booked the hotel based upon previous reviews and the Best Western lived up to it. The entire staff was most helpful guiding us throughout our stay. Chloe and Marina were most helpful. But all the staff were great."
