Agradecemos antecipadamente por dedicar alguns minutos para nos deixar seus comentários. Lamentamos que você não tenha conseguido perceber nas características do estabelecimento que o acesso aos apartamentos é por escadas. Geralmente cobramos pela estadia no momento de chegada ou durante a estadia. Como as saídas podem ser antecipadas e não queremos sobrecarregar as pessoas fazendo tudo com pressa, verificamos se há perda de água no banheiro, mas não encontramos o problema, agradecemos a informação para que seja não volte a acontecer com outros passageiros, apesar dos inconvenientes um tanto satisfatórios que tivemos, nem tudo foi ruim.Em nome de toda a equipe do Isla Bonita Suites desejamos um feliz ano novo, esperando vê-lo novamente em sua próxima visita à nossa cidade.
