Our hosts Laura and Diddier were very welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them including being patient with our poor French skills giving it a relaxed homely feel. Everything was spotlessly clean, our room had a king bed but I'm sure it's a king king bed, it's hugh! It was also extremely comfortable and all the extras were provided, dressing gown and slippers in sealed laundry bags, microwave, kettle and refrigerator. Clean, modern and stylish hotel, particularly we were very impressed by the restaurant, the view from our table out to the garden, and the stylish bar area. We would stay again as a comfortable pit-stop on the way to Le Mans from the UK.

Great property, highly recommend if you're after a tranquil and private stay at a place with a heated pool, nice fireplace and jacuzzi.

Booking a second Holiday Inn Express for 2026 was a great choice. The hotel is easy to find in Rouen and made for a very comfortable stay. A big credit goes out to Fabrice who noted my Wife and Father-In-Law are disabled and allocated rooms accordingly for our party. That was much appreciated. We had rooms 014 and 114 which were found spotless and made for a comfortable nights stay. There is a bar which serves a limited menu to which the Pizzas were great and the Croque Monsieur wasn’t bad...

We had an overnight stay here on our way back to Calais. Electric car charging point available, although only 1 so we were lucky to get it! Slow charging so ideal as we left it overnight to be fully charged. Beautiful setting right on the Seine. We had a standard room which was perfectly good for 1 night: air con, big walk in shower, tea and coffee facilities (though take English tea bags if you like English tea!). We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and the staff were lovely....

A lovely hotel in a nice area and very close to amazing cathedral and city centre. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and the breakfast offered a wide variety of extremely fresh foods.

Absolutely perfect for an overnight stop on the way down to the Sud Ouest. Room was incredibly clean and the air conditioning was a welcome extra. We ate at the pizzeria which was 200m away from the hotel. Food was good and fairly good value. I immediately rebooked for the journey north in August.

It was a great location hotel. The centre was 2 mins down the road, very close to port and right on the beach. Managed to park in the hotel car park. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

Lovely friendly hotel just back from the seafront and our room had a seaview. The staff are super friendly and also can help to store cycles. The room was very clean, just with some dated furniture. Would definitely recommend for a few days stay.

A welcome stop-off en route further south in France. Unfortunately being a Sunday there was no meal available in the hotel and the only nearby ‘food supplier’ was a very crowded McDonalds.

Good location safe for cars ,friendly very clean comfortable beds , queit, close to supermarket. Breakfast was good friendly and relaxed

We came to stay for two nights and it was lovely, very welcoming. Nicely situated near to shops and not far from the sea front. Great breakfast. Very enjoyable generally.
