Very happy we chose this hotel loved the boutique room and glad we ate in the restaurant as the food was outstanding, also worth taking the time to walk around the village as very pretty and well kept. Stayed here as close to Arundel castle which was also amazing.

Spent a fantastic couple of nights at A Room with a View for Valentine's weekend and we were both over the moon with our choice! From the moment you walk in it felt welcoming and cosy, yet had all the mod-cons and more. My husband loved the cooked breakfast (and the coffee machine!) and I felt very spoilt, being gluten free, with all sorts of specialist items for me to enjoy. Great little 1 day stay over, room has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable. Best to get there late to get the street parking and seafront and shops are very close by 5 mins walk away. Will be back for sure for more mini breaks 😊

Lovely modern hotel just a few steps from the seafront & approx 10 min walk to the main station.
NCP parking opposite - ask hotel for a discount code as a waitress told us one was available (but we had used the train so didn't enquire any further)
Spacious modern rooms, comfy beds, very nice bathroom with a fab, huge walk in shower.
Only thing missing was a fridge / minibar, which would have been handy to keep our drinks cool but a bucket of ice from the bar did the trick.
