Super welcome, fantastic 'Tower Room'. There is only one such room and it has panoramic views of Salzburg and environs. Breakfast, service, friendliness all first rate. A small hike out of town, but well worth it!

This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

Our room was very clean no comfortable with many unexpected little extras. Tee and coffee supplied daily, CD and radio provided, bath robes and slippers, everything to make our stay enjoyable. We had a big balcony with the most wonderful view of the mountains, it was delightful to sit out in the evening watching the sun go down behind the mountains. The food was good and plentiful, and drinks were reasonably priced. We hope to return sometime in the future.

Everything at Ruhpoldinger Hof was perfect! Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, great amenities and just the most beautiful place to stay. The pool & spa are Fabulous…The breakfast is amazing. Beyond the nicest place to stay, relax and enjoy. Location is 10/10. Highly recommended ++++++

We had a great stay at the hotel, rooms were lovely, clean, hot showers, view from room superb. We were two families meeting here for a holiday, with range of ages of kids from 7yrs to 17yrs and what a great place to stay, great facilities from soft play room to games room, trampolines and climbing frames and of course an indoor snd outdoor pool! All the staff were helpful. Only 10min drive to the town, with restaurants, there were several supermarkets for food at the bottom of the hill, under...

Service was great...in both reception and the restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing as always. We stay here often and love it. The room was a little on the chilly side but we were too tired after a day of skiing to report it! Overall we love this place and will we be back in a couple of weeks :-)

A wonderful hotel full of character, with lovely staff and very clean. My room was huge, although I cannot comment if all rooms were of a similar size. The food was excellent and the quiet location was lovely. The only criticism I have is that my stay was only 2 days- I wish I stayed longer!

A much bigger hotel than it looks from the front, it was very clean and comfortable with good facilities including ample parking and free wifi. Like all German hotels it lacks tea/coffee making facilities in the room so best to take a small travel kettle with you. Decor ranges from traditional Bavarian wood carving to more modern and a little quirky (such as the completed and mounted jigsaw puzzles on the walls of some corridors and stairwells) but is very well maintained.
