Welcome to our recently renovated holiday home. It’s located in a quiet, secluded spot very close to Laufen, with unobstructed views of the Salzburg and Berchtesgaden mountains. Our holiday home, which of course has a separate entrance, features 3 bedrooms (on the ground floor) with double beds, two of which are connected by a door. Bedding is, of course, included. The kitchen-dining area on the ground floor is well-equipped with dishes, cutlery, etc.; you’ll also find a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment there. Right next door is a cosy living room with satellite TV. The bathroom features a toilet, a sink, and a shower, as well as a washing machine, which our guests are welcome to use once a week. Towels are, of course, provided. By the way, a particularly attractive feature is the covered outdoor seating area attached to the house with a mountain view, which invites you to wind down your day together in peace with a barbecue. A grill is available for this purpose.
And for those who enjoy sports, there’s also a ping-pong table available.
Free Wi-Fi is available. The town of Laufen is just a 10-minute drive away and offers a variety of shopping options to meet your daily needs.
The host family keeps bantam chickens that roam freely. There are also several aviaries on the property.

Lake Abtsdorf is right on the property and just a few minutes away. Both Lake Waging and Lake Taching are in the immediate vicinity. The “Bavarian Sea,” Lake Chiemsee, is about 45 minutes away. Here you can visit Herreninsel, home to King Ludwig’s famous castle. A trip to Fraueninsel to visit the many pottery workshops is always worth the effort.
Salzburg is about 20 km away. Salzburg is known for the birthplace of Amadeus Mozart on Getreidegasse. Here you’ll also find a shopping and dining district with various stores and restaurants.
You can also visit the water features at Hellbrunn Palace and the zoo.
The Porsche Dream Factory in Anger is worth a visit on a rainy day. Especially the railway exhibition. Here, over a 24-hour period, you can explore a wide variety of sights in great detail.
Bad Reichenhall, with its famous salt works and the graduation tower in Kurkarten, is worth a visit. You can reach the Predigtstuhl via the historic gondola lift. Here, h
