"We flew in and out of Vegas "

"Rooms are super large and you can't go wrong. The lines at the check-in is super long and slow. We had to stand in line again to check out as the online option wasn't working. Two of the pools were closed and the other two were not as big. The water pressure in the shower were terrible. That should be something that needs to be fixed. "

"It seems like they have lots of rules to prevent the staff fom being helpful. I arrived early in the day, too early to check in, so I rented a pool cabana. Asked for a coffee...impossible to have one delivered to the pool. Later got a text my room was ready, walked down to check-in, and was told my room was not ready. Asked them to send my keys up to the pool cabana when my room was ready - another impossibility. Went back to the pool. At check in time, went back to the front desk, only now my room was no longer available. Got a different room, under renovation, with a spectacular view of the air handlers and no bulbs in most of the lamps. Don't get me wrong, staff was friendly, just good at saying no. Pool was nice, restaurants fine, casino small but fine, comedy show enjoyable. But overall just, meh."
