I reserved this hotel for my son who is studying abroad in Ulm and needed a room until his university housing was available. He was very pleased with the room & service of the hotel. Very clean and quaint.

A perfect place to stay in Ulm
We had a one night stop In Ulm and the hotel was the perfect choice - perfect location, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, and the old town. The room decor is clean, modern, functional and relaxing.

Lovely hotel with fab service
Excellent location, brilliant service and our room was spacious, bright and clean. The only downside for us was that we were on the top floor with a sloping roof above the bed, which wasn't ideal for my 6"4 husband (he couldn't sit up in it) and that we had two single duvets instead of one queen/double. However, overall it was a great stay.

Short Walk to the Altstadt
The hotel was an easy walk to the Altstadt and Fischerviertel. Rooms were clean, and had everything we needed. Our room was a suite, with upstairs bedroom, and twin beds plus sofa downstairs. More than enough for the three of us. Some street noise, because the hotel is on a main drag, ask for a room to the back if you like to sleep with open windows.

Excellent Hotel
Comfort Hotel was excellent, we wanted a well priced, modern, comfortable Ulm hotel, not too near the bells! Rooms not too small, great wifi. We got all plus 24 hr reception, service with a smile, good English, very helpful, quiet, best breakfast ever, close to everything. A fan and kettle on request, super clean. Nice beds. Recommend it highly.

Convenient location.
Getting to the room from the hotel lobby was a hassle. After getting off the elevator, we had to go through a long corridor, then climb another flight of stairs, then another corridor, then more stairs...Breakfast room is nice. Reasonable distance to a lot of choices of restaurants.

We had a wonderful top floor room that was incredibly spacious with plenty of room for four. There were great views over the rooftops of both Ulm Munster and St. George Church. Front desk staff was very friendly and recommended an amazing restaurant just down the street for dinner. Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and well worth the €6 per person. The location was great, short walk to Ulm Munster as well as lots of shops and restaurants. Parking garage was below hotel and reasonably priced.

Great location and room
Very spacious hotel room and nice size bathroom. The hotel staff, especially one young lady, who translated for us and brought extra pillows to our room, was very pleasant. Garage easy to get to, elevator opened at lobby level. Location was ideal, and breakfast well done. Would recommend this hotel.

Overnight stay in Ulm
Nice little hotel.Just in for a quick overnight in Ulm. Checked in about 10 pm and left by 7 am. Room is small , clean and comfortable. No A/C but the fan did the job. The staff in the front desk was very nice and attentive. I don’t know about the area or anything else about the rest of the hotel.

Perfect hotel
Over night stop on way back to Munich airport. Everything about the hotel from check in to check out was first class. Extremely helpful staff. Lovely large and comfortable room overlooking the couryard. Breakfast was amazing value served in an exceptionally clean breakfast room. Convenient location for sights of Ulm.

A small gem I. The center of the city
We wanted to be "down near the action" of town and found the Comfor Hotel in a search on the internet. The hotel could not have been more centrally located. It was clean, modern and efficient. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, even coming out onto the street to personally direct us to their parking garage. The rooms are small but very efficient. From our 10 nights in Germany, this hotel will be one that we more easily remember. Two thumbs up!

Great location; 2 minutes from the Ulmer Muenster
Upon first arrival, the exterior was less than impressive. However, once inside, the building, staff and amenities were excellent. Great location too, in the heart of Ulm. Only a 5 minute walk to the Ulmer Muenster church (the tallest church in the world)

GREAT LOCATION FOR A QUIRKY HOTEL
For a fairly large hotel with close to 100 rooms, it seems that it really lacked an entry lobby. We had to go around a couple of times to even find the entrance just driving by. But I did finally see the sign at the public garage entry to drive in to park underground. We found the room was much more spacious than expected for a hotel so close in town but it seems things were somewhat dated looking although the hotel might be newer than it looked. The bathroom has a very low lavatory counter which seemed out of date by today's standard. The hotel had no air-conditioning so we had to leave all the windows open at night which turned out to be quite noisy in the early morning due to traffic. The single elevator seemed inadequate for a hotel with this many rooms so many people ended up using the stairs, even down to the parking. I would say that the hotel was quite comfortable except for the few shortcomings as noticed but the location definitely was the best part.
