"So we had an amazing time, the lodge was lovely, the evening meal and spa were great. The only problem was the breakfast … there was a wedding party, they were short staffed only 2 waiters. They couldn’t keep up with demand so the hot counter was never replenished at the same time so I stood with half a breakfast on my plate waiting for over 10 mins for the other half. My friend has several food intolerances and none of the food was labelled. We asked various questions about the food to see what she was able to eat if anything! Both members of staff said they would check with kitchen & let us know but then we were left waiting. It was basically a shambles that was very poorly managed. Such a shame and let down after having such a lovely time."
