"Masketts barn was perfect for our party of 10. We had the perfect layout of bedrooms, with two tucked away down the corridor downstairs and the other four on the upstairs landing. There was one master bathroom downstairs with the one shower, and then a toilet room upstairs and a separet toilet room with bathtub also upstairs. We had a fabulous time there, the kitchen was superb with the steps down to the extra couch area that looked across the garden and fields. The main living area was large with extra couches on the other side of the fire place. There were loads of games in the cabinets and a lovely fire place, and the ceiling high magnificent curtains really gave it a grand feel. The hot tub was a big bonus, along with being able to just walk out from the barn into the accompanying 200 acres. I'd definitely go back!"

"For our visit to Sussex we booked the Superior Double Room En-suite. The four poster bed had a very comfortable mattress and the room had adequate furnishings for a five day visit. The en-suite was clean, the shower had a powerful jet and white, crisp towels were provided. Cooked breakfast was excellent and the staff on morning duty were friendly and helpful. On the downside, we experienced a terrible drain backdraft smell each night, overnight from the en-suite (which was reported three times but was not acted upon/resolved). Other small details also lacked attention: the hand-wash bottle had been filled with water, the diffuser in the en-suite had long dried out and needed replacing, and the disposable dehumidifiers had expired. With a little more attention to detail, this accommodation could be perfect."

"Peaceful and spacious. Very serene part of the country, as much or as little as you want to do. The Games Barn is a hidden gem, very friendly hosts, with a pet friendly venue, ideal location for a family to get away together for a while."

"We enjoyed a lovely two weeks here.It was extremely quiet and had nice views. Plenty of local walks Ash Down Forest and other woodland walks.Weather could've been better.The fact that dogs are allowed made everything easier for us and we would definitely stay there again.ðŸ¥°ðŸ¥°"
