"Lovely quiet place for a short break. Local pub is very friendly and location is not too far from places to visit by car. Glamping Pods very clean as well as toilet block and also well equipped. No issues and really liked that on the day of departure the owner came to say goodbye and ask how our stay was."

"Mill Barn is a charming traditional cottage with comfort worth a high quality hotel. Location is ideal, with access to the Chailey Common just behind the house. Owner is available at any time and very friendly."

"If you love a peaceful country retreat then this is for you. Wildlife all around. The owner could not be more helpful. Peacocks at the back door herds of dear and flocks of amazing rheas much better than advertised. You do need a car with good clearance for the track through the forest but it's worth it as it all ads to the amazing adventure. Thank you once again to our host Martin who meets guests at the gate to lead you through the forest."

"The potting shed is definitely a hidden gem, its little but had everything we needed, it was spotless with a lovely garden for our dog to explore. The twin baths outside were a really nice way to unwind after a day sightseeing and there’s plenty of dog friendly restaurants locally. I would recommend the lazy fox for great service and lovely food."

"Thank you for the most wonderful 4 night stay. Such a beautifully presented cottage in a great location. We explored Lewes, Birling Gap and took a train to Brighton for the day. The cottage served as the perfect retreat at the end of a winter's day. We look forward to returning in the future."
