Sandman Signature London Gatwick Hotel

Sandman Signature London Gatwick Hotel

8/10 Good
"Due to flight delays, we didn’t get to spend much time at the property. The rooms were big and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only issue was that the air conditioning was turned off so our room was incredibly hot when we arrived. The breakfast was quite nice."

Numa Brighton Pavilion

Numa Brighton Pavilion

8/10 Good
"The room was very clean except for the armchair which is in need of a shampoo. Everything else was fine, plenty of tea, coffee etc. My only real concern was that on the morning of check out, someone, presumably a housekeeper, opened my door then left again. I found this worrying because it was well before check out time, I was in the shower and I was a woman alone and defenceless. I thought I had double locked the door but obviously it can still be opened by staff."

Harbour Hotel Brighton

Harbour Hotel Brighton

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was lovely - such a relaxing atmosphere and lovely rooms. The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is ideal - 15 minute walk in a straight line from the station, over the road from the beach and 5 minutes to the lanes. This was the best hotel spa I’ve ever been to - well worth the extra £10 to use. Large swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room and calm chill out area. Will definitely be visiting again!"

What is a historic hotel like in Blackboys?
Guests who choose historic hotels have the opportunity to stay in a place officially recognised with a historic designation. Historic hotels throughout the world can take the form of castles, palaces or even pubs or old police stations — any place of special interest. What is the difference between a historic hotel and a heritage hotel?
They are quite similar. The term "historic hotel" is more common in the U.S., while you'll often hear "heritage hotel" in Asia and Europe. Heritage hotels draw their meaning mainly from the cultural value that the place has and how it inspired the surrounding community.

Yes, every effort is made to preserve treasured traditions and historic facades, but interiors include modern conveniences and safety features. Visitors should expect the popular amenities you'd find in a hotel such as private rooms with updated bathroom facilities, WiFi and more. When you book a historic hotel in Blackboys, it doesn't mean you will stay in a place that's rundown.
