The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. "We had a great stay at the Retro Cowboy Studio.The location was exactly what we wanted. We were able to walk back and forth to SoCo every single day, even multiple times a day. It was decorated very cute and felt like Austin. It was very comfortable. We had a few hiccups like the bathroom sink was clogged and they didn’t have toilet paper, but within a few hours there was a maintenance call and they came and fixed the sink and refilled the toilet paper.
