Guests have access to all spaces except a small linen closet and the pantry. All bedrooms, bathrooms and bedroom closets are available. The laundry closet is also available. Please communicate through the Airbnb app. We will respond quickly to whatever you may need. Entrance instructions are sent after lunchtime on the day of arrival. Approximately 145 steps from to the beach, this complex is a gated, covered parking, community. Our unit has a brand new elevator, that services 3 condos. (I cannot always guarantee the elevator, but there are stairs as well.) There are two outdoor pools. They are open year-round, but not heated. There is also a hot tub beside one of the pools (again I cannot always guarantee). Even though you are only steps from downtown or the pier, the complex is not typically noisy. You are in walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and all of Tybee\`s nightlife.
