"Wow what a little gem of a hotel with restaurant. Room was amazing, modern, classic and Mediterranean feel in heart of a Kent village. If you get room 8 or 9 you won’t be disappointed. Restaurant food was top notch if a little pricy and the included breakfast was also lovely in quality and flavour. Would pick over a chain hotel any day especially as location has few choices for accommodation."

Quick walking distance to the towns center and places to eat. With shuttle and breakfast service. The Lawn Guest House had everything I needed for my one night stay and I felt so welcome and comfortable here!"

"Joe the Manager provided great service to us. Rugs could have used a shampooing. Kitchen walls could have used repainting as there were splatter stains from prior use. Communal kitchen for free breakfast was on your own to cook or make. Bread for toast; butter; jam; milk; cereal; apple juice; orange juice; bacon and eggs. Kitchen dishes and cookware provided. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid...

"It was a great place for the money and extremely clean but unfortunately the bedding let it down, 1 pillow that was very small and thin and the top sheet was also small so it didn’t stay on you once you moved about. "

"This venue had a nice new tarmac drive and parking spaces. The interior however was a little dated. I was in room 4 on 2nd floor (no lift), and the noise coming from the other rooms and corridor was noticable. Ensuite was small, bed was okay, wifi was okay. There were a few places in the town centre to eat (evening meal) and a couple of cafes for breakfast. This was no more than a 10 minute walk. Had to pay £10 to park vehicle at venue."

"Booked a triple room for 3 male adults , tried giving us a double bed with a pull out bed , and he said i booked the incorrect room even though my booking confirmation states 3 adults and 3 single beds ,asked for another pull out bed or a quilt so 1 lad could sleep on the floor and they said no and if we dont like it leave , I am absolutely disgusted with the male receptionist , Worst so called hotel ever been to"

"Although the website states CABIN, I missed that verbiage. Its nice if you want like a small apartment/flat. Small burner but no microwave. TV didn't workand the door wouldn't lock from the inside. Had safety concerns. "

"The Manager was exceptionally professional…The Lobby Restaurant Menu and selection I made—Marsala Chicken w White Rice was very good, and I chose to dine there based upon Mr. Asmish’s recommendation…I most definitely would continue to choose this Hotel whenever in transit from Gatwick Airport to the US…"
