"We had a good stay overall. The room was clean, the furniture looked new, and the floors were well kept, though the hotel itself felt a bit worn in places. The pool was a big hit with the kids they had lots of fun. Check-in took a little longer because the night staff member seemed unsure of the process, but they were kind and did their best to help. Breakfast was pretty standard, but it was convenient and helped us get an early start for our trip to Jasper."

"The hotel has clearly refitted its bedrooms recently; they are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was basic but adequate and there’s plenty of alternative options nearby. My wife and I agree that we would happily stay there again."

"It is well maintained property with excellent location. Very convenient to travel to downtown even without a car. The hot tub gives amazing comfort in a cool weather. The views of the mountains from the hotel are outstanding."

"Staff were super nice. Breakfast was picked over by the time we got there around 9 but Starbucks is around the corner. Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Banff. With parking being at a premium, it was nice to park underground and walk everywhere. Would stay here again."
