"The young owners of this property are very sweet, kind and really try to be helpful. They seemed that had not quite got the hang of being proprietors, but they are very likable. Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages. "Great place for the price. Group onsen and evening lounge included free. Sauna too. The only thing was that the room same was advertised as non smoking but smelled of cigarettes. Hotel staff switched our room but the new room... While a little better... Unfortunately also smelled of cigarettes. Other thank this it was a great stay. Quiet. And a great community atmosphere in the free evening lounge."
