The Peninsula never fails. Truly magical stay. The room was spacious cosy beautifully decorated. Loved the spacious bathroom with jack and Jill sinks.
Plenty of storage space.
We were met by Cherene from front desk. Cherene was polite and friendly, very knowledgeable about our booking and had arranged everything to make our stay fantastic.
We were given a complimentary breakfast in the room for our early checkin, this was lovely.
Fresh fruit in the room each day.

What a fabulous hotel - we had a club city / sea view. The hotel room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends & family. On paper the only downside would be there is no MTR station nearby, in reality we caught a taxi from Kowloon Station which cost approximately 60 HKD. I know the hotel has a shuttle bus service but it’s only to the Kowloon line which goes in to China, it would be nice if that service was extended to Kowloon so...

Everyone was lovely and polite the couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was in a great location and you can go to the restaurants along the water in 30 seconds, there’s a 7-11 and Starbucks and McDonald’s all within 3 minutes.
The amount of different types of restaurants around the hotel is incredible and every thing is on your doorstep.

Overall an excellent hotel! Very well presented throughout, including the lobby, pool area and outdoor terrace bar. Our room was well equipped and came with a fantastic view of Victoria Harbour. Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. This is an amazing hotel where all rooms have ocean views. We had a twin room which was extremely spacious and came with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and air conditioning, We found the free shuttle bus to and from the nearest metro station really helpful as it would have been too far to walk. The infinity pool was wonderful too and Staff were very helpful. We will definitely come back to the Fullerton.

The W benefits from a fab location right on the MTR line. So it was great for getting from the airport, and sightseeing. Moreover its ethos is great too. We had a lovely room, with wonderful views and the amenities were top notch. Swimming pool and fitness area were beautiful. Breakfast featured everything you’d ever want. And the staff were exemplary. Thank you for a great stay.
