"Room was good but a little noisy in the morning outside.We were also next to a squeaky fire door that was opened regularly early morning and late at night.Parking was good.Area was lovely."

Very warm welcome, room 10 was really nice, large and decorated in a funky Darwin theme, with a great view of garden. Breakfast was really nice with a great choice, all staff really friendly and looked after us well."

"The whole hotel was generally a bit “tired”. It’s a beautiful building in a lovely location, but needs a refurbishment now. The staff were mainly helpful , breakfast wasn’t the best though . The spa needs some TLC also."

"We used the spa which was lovely, everywhere was clean and tidy could have done with a refresh on the bed head board , staff very good, breakfast a bit disappointing as it was in pots to keep warm , which sort of steamed everything"
