Happy with service

Return to the UK is painful through Liverpool, always awfully slow through border control.

The only problem was not being able to do the luggage in the hold. I tried online when checking-in. Wouldn't let me, so we had to do this at the Airport, and pay this at the designated unit, then check back in. Also at Liverpool check- in, wondered why normal check -in wasnt open, yet the priority was? wasn't until someone complained and was told by miserable check-in assistant , that he could join the priority que ??? when same girl had separated us orginally into 2 separate ques??? bizarre!Funnily our check- in desk opened after that. Was weird when check- in desk clerk was sitting there aswell! Gladly Jordon was lovely, unlike her colleague who was Miss Glum!
