"This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar! "

"WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! This hotel was very accomdating to all of our needs from early check ins to late departures. They deserve 5 stars!! The hotel and rooms were modern, environmental friendly and well designed. Our view of the ocean and city was a plus! It was my birthday, and my husband coordinated many surprises and treats with the help of the hotel staff and it was much appreciated. The rooftop pool bar was an amazing experience. By day, it was a nice relaxing pool lounge and by night, it felt like a rooftop bar. Great food, great service and great location. "

"We had a fantastic 1 night staycation. On check in we mentioned to the wonderful front desk agent that we were celebrating our anniversary and she said congratulated us and kept things subtle. This morning at breakfast we were presented with a personalised card and a lovely platter with treats. What a fabulous surprise. The servers also wished us and it was great to get such acknowledgement. The hotel facilities too were fantastic. The rooftop terrace bar, lounge, pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. We had the pool to ourselves at sundown and this morning also had a reservation for the steam, sauna and jacuzzi which was a fab experience in private at no extra cost. To have all these fantastic amenities included in what I believe to be a very very reasonable rate, makes this hotel a very under rated and great value for money hotel. I'd highly recommend and fantastic service by the front desk agent. She really made our stay special"
