We stayed 2 nights at the end of a 5 week trip around Peru. The staff were very helpful assisting us organise hang gliding nearby and local taxis. We were able to use 2 complimentary bicycles for a day which made exploring the area very easy. We had access to the VIP lounge and the staff in the lounge were fantastic. We had breakfast in the rooftop restaurant which was very nice. We would have liked to have used the roof top pool at night but both nights there were private functions on that floor and we did not feel comfortable to use the pool.
Best customer service I have ever revived from a hotel staff and management. They exceeded my expectations.
I had a mix-up with my reservation and the manager Luis took care of this matter into his hands and resolved it in our favor with the most professionalism and grace.
The staff was always friendly, pleasant and helpful.
Excellent location as well..
Our room was very clean, cozy, and within short walking distance of local attractions and amenities. Our host, Jhesu, greeted us by giving some great suggestions of where to eat and visit. Technically, we left before breakfast was normally served, however Jhesu had food and coffee ready for us on the way out! Days after our check-out, Jhesu went out of his way to accommodate us abroad by booking a reasonable taxi for us to ensure we were safe and were given a good price. He certainly went above and beyond!
"Nice hotel very well located in Central Miraflores"
Casa Andina is a brand I have come to trust due to my frequent trips to Perú. This nice, little hotel is very well located in the hearth of Miraflores. The rooms are nice, the hotel staff friendly and it is pretty easy to move around Lima from this hotel as long you keep in mind how difficult the traffic is all over the city.
My only tip is to pay for the high-speed internet. The free one offered is extremely slow.

The man-made landmarks of Miraflores--its gleaming towers, upscale shops, and foreign embassies--are no match for its natural beauty. Here, jagged cliffs give way to the Pacific. Inhabited since ancient times, Miraflores is home to Huaca Pucclana, once an administrative hub of activity built around 500 AD. Nowadays, the buzz has moved south to the parks along El Malecón and Larcomar mall.
