Search Treasure Island Cottages

"This is probably the best place to stay in treasure Island. We have been here many times over the years and it never disappoints. The suites are a little dated but the condo property managers are slowly improving the units. There is a lovely eatery that is reasonably priced and a modest beach bar. The pool is nice for dipping, but don’t expect anything Grand. Given the amount of people that the complex can accommodate. It is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at Johns Pass. There is also a really nice waslking path that starts directly to the south of the property."

"The property was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean, plenty of chairs and towels. AirBnB and VRBO both advertise in the price "All fees included" yet we were charged a per day resort fee on top of listed price! This fee you are hit with as you check in, so you don't have a choice in paying it. "

"Walkable area. Loved the pool area. Dory was very informative regarding the area. We had a miscommunication at check in but was later resolved with G. Previous guest clipped toe nails on the balcony and they were still there. Very gross of previous guest. This is why the lower rank on cleanliness. May have been easy to miss for cleaning crew though???"

"This could have been a great stay. The location and the property were both excellent. Our particular unit, however, was filthy. Both of the sliding glass doors had broken glass. The floors were so filthy that when we wiped up a minor spill with a towel the towel was black with filth, so much so that it wouldn't even wash out. --The carpet was so dirty that it felt sticky and we wouldn't walk on it without shoes. -- When we tried to use the oven the condo was filled with black acrid smoke as if someone sprayed oven cleaner in it but didn't wipe it out afterwards. So, the oven was unusable the entire time. We had to open the front and back doors three times to clear the smoke.There was a hole in the top sheet of the master bed the size of a quarter. --- SEE PHOTOS ---- there were zero cleaning supplies of any kind available and there was not even a set of salt and pepper shakers. The micro-coffee maker would only make about two cups at a time. --,a really terrible way to provide amenities for a unit that was very expensive per night when all of the fees are added. --- We informed the on-site management about the filth and oven issues twice. They said that they didn't manage this unit but would take care of it. Nothing was taken care of. --- HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED."

"This property , while decent, is not at a 4-star level. Basic is how I would describe it. The photos are quite miss leading. You can tell this is a very old property and it’s been tried to be dressed up a bit with some paint but that’s about it. The lobby is quite nice but that aesthetic stops there and doesn’t translate to the rooms. Our room had lots of fruit flies in it or some other little bugs flying around. The bathroom needs gutting as it seems it’s from the 80s with barely any light over the counter. If you are looking for basic this place is fine, but it’s not 4-star level. "
