We enjoyed our view of the ocean and the variety of table and chairs for all to enjoy on the balcony. We had a list of various needs on the first day of arrival. Within 1 hour the entire in-house staff was incredible and quick to remedy. All our needs were met. An amazing crew and response. The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony but the final kiss of the sun to the horizon was blocked by foliage. We quickly learned to take a 2 minute walk to the beach to enjoy the final setting of the sun. Unfortunately, the weather was uncooperative for most of the stay due to the national cold snap but daily beach walks still happened and onsite ping pong table and shuffleboard entertained us. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequately supplied, beach towels provided. Soaps, Shampoos, Dishwashing liquid all supplied. Nice to have washer/dryer. Shuffleboard, ping pong, hammocks nice to have available. The Not so Great: unit could use updating and a deeper cleaning. Non leather furniture was dirty/stained. Corners of bathrooms were dirty and gross. Floors were filthy and we had to wash our feet before getting in bed each night as they were black with dirt! The balcony would have been more enjoyable had there not been a loud generator type noise right next to it for the pool or air. Was not peaceful to be out there with that loud noise. The chairs at the pool were all taken by 9am each day, so get out early if you want to enjoy the pool. Not the relaxing experience I had hoped for, for the price that I paid. Have stayed in other nearby locations for much less with newer/cleaner accommodations. ##### Lisa T.
